Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat{s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the June 5, 2008
Development Review Committee (ORC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
June 5, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this
meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, June 10, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets,
FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG, TIF,
PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two sets of
revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required. Reductions
and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans.

1. The Metro PCS easement and tower will need to be
relocated or abandoned.
2. What does the 25' potential prescriptive ROW mean?
Cause # 99-07200-2 County Court #5 provided ROW on
Coppell Rd. (4-10-2000)
3. XS at the south portion of the ROW will need to be
dimensioned.
4. The gas line and easement is in the Freeport ROW, it
may be in conflict. What is in the 10X10 Lone Star Gas
Easement, it will need to be moved or abandoned.
5. The ROW on the north end of Freeport Parkway does
not match SH 121. The plans for SH 121 show 8 lanes
and approximately 160' of ROW transitioned from about
300' Southeast of SH 121. Contact the Dallas District
office for further information.
6. Corner clips will be needed on the south end of
Freeport Parkway.
7. Remove unnecessary survey data (utilities, etc.), it is
messy.
