P&Z Action Letter 061908 THE.CiTY.OF corrELL . ~- \ \0 June 20, 2008 Mr. Tim Oates City of Coppell Fire Department 500 Southwestern Blvd. Coppell., TX 75019 RE: Fire Station No.1, Lot 1 Block 1, Site Plan Amendment Dear Mr. Oates: This letter is to inform you that the Fire Station No.1, Lot 1, Block 1, Site Plan Amendment, to allow a 4,900-square-foot building with four (4) bay doors for storage and vehicle parking, on 3.64 acres of property located on the existing fire station site at 520 Southwestern Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (5-0) on Thursday, June 19, 2008, subject to a condition to include the lot number in title block showing "Site Plan Amendment 'tre Station NO.1, Lot 1, Block 1" and increase the size of text and put in bold. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 8th, 2008, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24"x36" copies of the revised plan, reflecting the above-stated condition on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, June 25th, 2008.
