Only two sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required. Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans. Site directory sign on the north east corner of the property should be outside of drainage easement and away from 10" waterline. Refer to Bethel Rd. construction plans. No comments concerning this zoning change request. No comments. 1.Directory Sign: What is the purpose of this sign? Will it have addresses and/or company names? There is a concern with the functionality of a Directory Sign at the intersection of two major streets. Would it cause traffic problems? This type of sign would be better suited internal to the site, with an Industrial Park Identification sign at this location. An Industrial Park Identification sign, similar to Duke Freeport, Amberpoint, Point West, etc. may be more appropriate. 2. Revision to existing monument sign on Freeport Parkway is acceptable, in lieu of the approved multi-tenant sign. 3. Revised location of the 60 square foot monument sign on Bethel Road is acceptable. 4.
