NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 19th day of June, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-229R-LI. Minyard Addition (KTR Capital), zoning
change request from PD-229-L1 (Planned Development-229-Light Industrial) to PD-229R-LI
(Planned Development-229 Revised-Light Industrial) to allow a revised monument sign plan
including revisions to the location, design and size of four (4) monument signs on 79.53
acres of property, located at the southwest corner of Freeport Parkway and Bethel Road,
at the request of KTR Capital, represented by Richard Nordyke, Obrien and Associates. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend
this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of
interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to
the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with
