This letter is to inform you that the Wagon Wheel Park Site Plan
Amendment. (StoraQe Building), to allow a 4,000-square-foot
maintenance and storage facility, located at 345 Freeport Parkway. was
approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, August 12, 2008,
with no conditions.
This Site Plan Amendment is valid for a period of two years and will expire
on August 13,2010, if the structure has not been completed by that date.
