Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the July 3, 2008
Development Review Committee (ORC) meeting.
S. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
July 3, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this
meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, July 8, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets,
FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG. TIF.
PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two sets of
revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required. Reductions
and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans.

1. The engineering dept. will work with the Parks Dept.
regarding utilities and drainage.
The Fire Department has no concerns with this site plan
amendment.

1. Show general locations of Eastern Red Cedars
proposed to be planted across drive.
2. Note screening techniques to be used to make building
le5s visible from baseball fields.
3. Ensure materials are labeled correctly on the elevations
and include colors.
4. Submit a color board with a color rendering at the DRC
meeting.
5. Include "Wagon Wheel Maintenance and Storage
Facility" in all title blocks on all of the sheets.
6. Is a new gravel drive proposed as listed in the site plan
notes?
7. Include Parks and Recreation Department, 816 S
Coppell Road, Coppell, Texas 75019, Phone:

8. Change the proposed use to "maintenance and
