RE: PD-233-R, Coppell Vision Center
Dear Dr. Pels:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-233-R, Coppell Vision Center, zoning
change request from SF-12 (Single Family-12) to PD-233-R (Planned Development-233-
Retail) to allow the construction of a 2,600-square-foot medical office on 0.434 acres of
property located at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake and Nash Road, 541 East
Sandy Lake Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, July 8th,
2008, subject to the condition that the two Cottonwood trees be removed from the
east side of the parking area (no retribution fees will be required).
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation.
When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will
be sent to you.
As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Deportment
for your deposit reimbursement of $150.
