You may proceed with filing the Plat with Dallas County...
The next step in the process, as detailed on the attached is to make mylar and paper copies, obtain
franchise utility signatures, re-submit to the city for city signatures, file w/Dallas County then return to us ..
I assume your contract with BWR covers this process?
