PZ Action Letter 091908 THE.CITY.OF corrELL September 19,2008 Mr. Raj Akula 109 Woodland Cove Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Denton Creek @ Sandy lake Addition, lots 1 & 2, Block A, Minor Plat Dear Mr. Akula: This letter is to inform you that the Denton Creek @ Sandy lake Addition, lots 1 & 2, Block A, Minor Plat, to allow the construction of a single-family home on Lot 1 and a two-story office building on Lot 2, on 2.36 acres of property located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 600 feet west of Starleaf Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (5-0) on Thursday, September 18,2008, subject to the following conditions: 1. Contact Larry Redick (972-323-8917) regarding electric service requirements. 2. Label the base flood elevation on the flood plain. 3. Resolve the property line discrepancy with the adjacent land owner. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24"x36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Also, please submit one (1) 8V2"x11" paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf, or a similar electronic file.
