Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the September 4,
2008 Development Review Committee (ORC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
September 4, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, September 9, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG,
TlF, PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engi'1eering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.

Comments
1. No comments on plat.
Please contact Larry Redick at 972-323-8917 to discuss
electric service requirements.
1. The 17' by 15' utility easement should be increased to
a 20' by 20' utility easement.
2. Show the fire lane/ access easement. Is there mutual
access agreement?
3. The utility plan and the drainage plan will have
comments during the engineering plan review.
4. Label the Base flood elevation on the flood plain.
5. The fire lane should have an 8" meter and detector
check valve.
1. Address for Lot 1, Block A (residence) will be 1180 E.
Sandy Lake Rd.
2. Address for Lot 2, Block A (commercial bldg) will be
1188 E. Sandy Lake Rd.
