second page.
2. Change Collin County to Dallas County on second
page.
3. Signature block for Atmos Energy should reference
a "Replat" not a "Minor" plat on second page.
4. Since you have reduced your common areas, the
existing ones need re-numbering--change 10X to 9X.
5. Please indicate on tree inventory sheet number of
caliper inches being saved by this application; the
number of trees being removed with re-alignment of
street (in caliper inches).

1. Removed AT&T Broadband from signature block.
2. Collin County refers to the notary block for the surveyor to sign the plat.
Collin County left on plat.
3. Corrected reference to "Replat"
4. We reduced the number of common areas from 11 to 1 0, and each lot
labeled accordingly. Corrected number in "Lot Data" from 9 to 1 0 common
areas.
5. Matt Alexander to provide caliper calculations for trees saved due to
revisions and trees to be removed.
