RE: Wilson-Kirkland-Minyard Addition. Lots 1 & 2. Block A. Minor Plat
Dear Ms. Hurley:
This letter is to inform you that the Wilson-Kirkland-Minyard Addition. Lots 1 & 2. Block A.
Minor Plat, to establish a building site to allow for the relocation of a 1,1 OO-square-foot
house and a 600-square-foot replica of the Minyard's drug store on Lot 1 (.27 acres)
and retention of the existing structures on Lot 2 (.56 acres) located at the southeast
corner of W. Bethel Road and S. Coppell Road, was recommended for approval by
the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday. August 21, 2008. with
the condition to revise the signature block to reflect Ruby Nell Wilson as the owner.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday. September
9, 2008, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which
will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in
the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda
packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department
three (3) 241x36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated condition on or
before 12 noon, Wednesday, August 27th. Also, please submit one (1) 8V2"x11" paper
reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf, or a similar electronic file.
