Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 7,
2008 Development Review Committee (ORC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
August 7,2008 DRe meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this
meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, August 12, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG,
TIF, PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.

PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY
BEING 0.098 acre of land located in the JAMES A. SIMMONS SURVEY, Abstract
No. 1296, Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, and being a portion of the Tract
of land conveyed to Wheelice H. Wilson, and wife Ruby N. Wilson by the
deed recorded in Volume 2845, Page 193 of the Deed Records of Dallas
County, Texas. Said 0.098 acre being more particularly described by
metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the Northwest corner of said Wilson Tract, being
the intersection of the centerline of Bethel Road, with the East
right-of-way line of Coppell Road;
THENCE S 890 46' 49" E 183.28 feet, along the North boundary line
of said Wilson Tract, and the centerline of said Bethel Road, to a
point at the Northeast corner of said Wilson Tract;
THENCE SOlo 33' 00" E 23.88 feet, along the East boundary line
of said Wilson Tract, to a 1/2" iron rod set, in the New South
right-of-way line of Bethel Road;
THENCE along the new South right-of-way line of said Bethel Road, as
follows:
1. N 870 19' 18" W 56.81 f.eet, to a 1/2" iron rod set, at the
beginning of a curve to the left;
2. WESTERLY 28.82 feet, along said curve to the left
having a radius of 635.00 feet, a central angle of 020 36' 00",
and a chord bearing N 880 37' 18" W 28.81 feet, to a 1/2" lron
rod set, at the end of said curve;
3. N 890 55' 18" W
73.20 feet, to a 1/2" iron rod set;
4. S 440 48' 05" W 35.19 feet, to a 1/2" iron rod set, in the
East right-of-way line of aforesaid Coppell Road;
