Pettersen Addition

We have submitted a revised Planned Development application for the Pettersen Addition. The
principal changes to the application include minor relocation of the 24' access driveway to add
curves and accommodate on-site detention. A new entrance plan and wall design is also
included in the application.
The only changes to the previous PD Ordinance, PD-200R-SF-12 are as followings:
1. Revised exhibits.
2. Section 2, Item D,1. Parking Driveway regulations: Request change to allow garage
area access from interior 24' firelane.
