Review Date Comments 3/24/2008 SITE PLAN 1. Remove grading lines from Site Plan--too difficult to see plan. 2. Show existing and this proposed Site Plan side-by-side on one drawing. 3. Place PO Conditions on Site Plan; bold those that change, Le. no alley access, or new conditions, i.e., 6 foot masonry wall on east property line, etc. 4. PO requires a 15 foot side yard on Lot #1. 5. Note 15 foot enhanced concrete entrance paver band on all plans. 6. Clearly show type and length of screening wall on north property line, and connection to east fencing. 7. Dimension distance from end of firelane/easement to north property line. LANDSCAPE PLAN 1. Change "Private Drive" to "24 Foot Fire Lane and Access Easement" . 2. Provide some articulation to front entry fence as in approved PO wall. 3.
