Could you please submit the two exhibits that are part of the temporary access easement dedication on
the Dividend Drive Final Plat?

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
COUNTY OF DALLAS ~
THAT the term Grantor used herein shall be construed in the singular or plural number as sud1 term
respectively represents one or more than one person.
THAT, Hackbelt 27 Partners, LP., known herein as GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of Ten and
no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration In hand paid by City of Coppell, Texas,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto City of
Coppell, Texas, rGRANTEE"), the free and uninterrupted use, Uberty and privilege of passage In, along,
upon and across the following desaibed property owned by Grantor (the "temporary access easement") for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining a temporary vehicle turn around access Grantor's tract with the
right and prMlege at all times, of the GRANTEE herein, its agents, employees, workmen and representatives
having ingress, egress, and regress in, along, upon and aaoss said premises (the "temporary 8OC8S8
easement") for the purpose of making additions to, improvements on and repairs to said vehicle lum around
or any part thereof.
Said temporary access easement being described in exhibits "A" and "8" attached hereto and made a part
hereof for aft purposes.
That in consideration of the benefits above set out, Grantee will remove from the temporary access
easement, such fences, buHdings and other obstnJctions as may be found upon said property. After
construction of the temporary vehicle turn around has been completed or after any entry for repairs or
maintenance. GRANTORS reserve the right to use the temporary access easement for purposes which will
not interfere with GRANTEE'S rights hereby granted and agree that upon completion of the vehicle turn
around, GRANTEE shall be obligated for future maintenance and upkeep of the area.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the City of Coppell, Texas, its successors or assigns for the purposes
aforesaid, the premises above desaIbecI.

Abstract No. 1521, in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas; said tract being part of that tract
of land described in Special Warranty Deed to Hackbelt 27 Partners, L.P. recorded in Volume
2003167, Page 12149 of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas; said tract also being part of
that tract of land described in Warranty Deed to J.B. Lesley and Hattie Lesley recorded in Volume
