MacArthur Blvd.. lOth Floor Irving, TX 75038 RE: Dividend Drive (Lesley Retail Addition), Final Plat Dear Mr~ This letter is to inform you that the Dividend Drive (Lesley Retail Addition), Final Plat, to establish 0 90-foot wide right-of-way for the extension of Dividend Drive from S. Belt Line Rood to the Coppell/Dallas City Limit Line, containing 1.286 acres of property located approximately 1.434 feet north of Hackberry Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council (7 -0) on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, subject to the following conditions: 1. Contact Jeff Curry at 972-888-1330 to discuss easement requirements. This final plot must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council (April 14, 2009). or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this final plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
