Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the September 4,
2008 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
September 4, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, September 9, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG.
TIF. PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.

This letter is to notify you that the enclosed Construction Plans have been revised in
accordance with your August 29, 2008 Review Memorandum. The following items have
been addressed as per the referenced review:
Electric
· Please contact Jeff Curry at 972-888-1330 to discuss easement requirements.
Response: 10' Utility estimates added per On cor's request.
Engineering
· Is a decellane going to be provided?
Response: The developer does not intend to provide a deceleration lane at
this time.
Fire Administration
· This road must be named EAST Dividend Drive.
Response: Name has been revised to East Dividend Drive.
Planning Department
· Include Lesley Retail Addition parenthetically in title.
Response: The title block has been adjusted according to comment.
· Dedicate the access easement by separate instrument and include recording
information on the plat.
Response: The temporary access easement will be dedicated and the
recording information will be included prior to filing the plat.
