The application should be a Zoning Application rather than a Site Plan Application (present Zoning "C"; Proposed Zoning "SUP for grocery take-out"). The Zoning Application can be found on-line. Your fee will be $405.00. Make sure you include the owner's signature, a complete address for the applicant (I note no city or state on the faxed document), and fill in all requested information on the Application. It is important that this information be completed in full as all communication between us and you will rely on this data. On Sheet SP-1 add a note that the lease space contains 1226 square feet, 6 parking spaces required, and all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance will be observed. On Sheet A4.1 "pop out" the lease space (by color, a screen. or heavier lines), and indicate lease space as 17 feet wide. Your AD ART enclosure needs to include total square footage of signage, color renderings of the Papa Murphy's sign (refer to sign provisions to ensure colors, size, materials meet our codes), also remember that the first sign in basically dictates colors, fonts, etc. of all leases that follow. On sheet AO indicate width and length of lease space. Submit 12 folded copies of all exhibits by NOON, Wednesday, August 20; include the $405 fee made out to the City of Coppell; an electronic copy of all submittal items; any additional information or exhibits that you feel will be helpful to the Commission and Council in deliberating the merits of your case. That pretty will covers it for now. As we review your case there may be other information needed. If so, we will so notify you. Gary L.
