Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the October 2,
2008 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
October 2, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, October 7, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG,
TIFf PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.

1. Info comment: Roof overhang not delineated on
drawings, would like to know if buildings are prefab metal
with added brick exterior or what? Are small structures
ponds?

1. Are there any additional water/sewer service or meters
needed?
2. The grading and drainage will be evaluated during
engineering plan review.
1. Fire lanes and fire hydrant location are acceptable to
the Fire Department.
2. Include address on monument sign with pin-mounted
numbers similar to the rest of the sign.
1. Tree Removal Permit required prior to start of
construction.
Site Plan:
1. Show correct configuration of the proposed
sign/fountain structure on Site Plan.
2. Depict 20' overhang on building footprints.
3. Update landscape table to reflect current required and
provided numbers. Refer to attached "Landscape
Calculations Summary" Sheet.
4. Reexamine configuration of proposed structures, A
significant amount of trees are proposed to be removed.
5. Change Site Data table to correct misspellings and
change ilL 1 II to "L/".
Tree Survey:
1. Correct tree number 1 044 information.
Elevations:
1. Include door colors.
2. Label all materials and colors on sign/fountain exhibit.
