Box 1609 Coppel!, TX. 75019 RE: Old Coppell Estates Addition, Lots 3R, 4R & SR, Block 1, Replot Dear Ms. Vaughan: This letter is to inform you that the Old Coppell Estates Addition, Lots 3R, 4R & SR, Block 1, Replot, being a replot of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, to allow the incorporation of 4,490 square feet of property in the Vaughan Addition into three residential lots, located at 357, 361, and 365 Hearthstone Lane, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday, November 11,2008, subject to the following condition: 1. The Replot of Lot 1 R, Block 1, Vaughan Addition is approved. This replot must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council, Mav 11, 2009, or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
