RE: Old Coppell Estates Addition, Lots 3R, 4R & 5R, Block 1, Replot
Dear Ms. Vaughan:
This letter is to inform you that the Old Coppell Estates Addition, Lots 3R, 4R & 5R, Block 1,
Replot, being a replat of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1, to allow the incorporation of 4,490
square feet of property in the Vaughan Addition into three residential lots, located at
357, 361, and 365 Hearthstone Lane, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, October 16, 2008, subject to the
following conditions:
1. The Replat of Lot 1 R, Block 1, Vaughan Addition is approved.
2. Remove the word "residential" from the plat title and remove from the signature
blocks accordingly.
3. Rearrange signature blocks to include owner's signature and notary under the
dedication language.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November
11, 2008, at 7 p,m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which
will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in
the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its ogenda
packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department
three (3) 24" x 36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on
or before 12 noon, Wednesday, October 29th, 2008. Also, please submit one (1) 8V2" x 11"
paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdt. or a similar electronic file.
