SITE PLAN
1. Add stamped concrete pavers to entry drive.
2. Trash shelter surround needs to be constructed with
office building.
3. Explain statement on Plan: "Remove Existing
Pavement". Do you mean "Landscaping"?
4. Residential driveway needs to be shown with stamped
concrete pavers.
LANDSCAPE PLAN
1. Sidewalk shown on Landscape Plan and same on Site
Plan do not match on south side of building. Please
correct.
2. Please specify what "Shrubs by owner" means--plant
material required to be stated.
3. Appears as though a "screen" was left off Landscape
Plan showing curb lines.
4. Explain statement; 'Street Yard'.
5. Variegated Ligustrum better choice than Cherry
Laurel, please change.
6. Need minimum of 10 feet of landscaping on west side
of office development.
7. On final submittal Landscape Plan must be
signed/sealed by Landscape Architect.
8. Because there is an occupied residential structure
east of this property, office building needs to provide a 25
foot yard between it and said residential lot line.
9. Although a connection between a residential use and a
business use is generally not allowed, was not grass-crete
to be employed for connection driveway between them?
10. How is landscape area shown outside of east
screening wall maintained--a gate?

2. Elevations should be labeled "North", "East", "South", "

Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat{s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the September 4,
2008 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat{s) to the
September 4,2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, September 9,2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG.
TIF. PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engi'1eering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.
