Gary,
After our second agenda items were approved by P&Z last night, I followed Mr. Tate to his
property located just East of our proposed Office building. In short, he will be calling you
to tell you he was wrong about the difference in grade between our property and his.
Apparently, he must of have been remembering the time when dirt was stock piled on
this site many years ago (before the Akula's bought the property).
Our topography on the grading plan is correct, there is no fill line or "side slope" on his
property or ours. In fact, it is very flat right up against the property line and we have a
steady incline of about 3 feet to where our proposed building is proposed.
After I met with him I drove back to City Hall to share this information with you but the
P&Z meeting had already finished and everyone was gone.
Thanks for your help. We will get the changes made immediately including getting with
the Title Company to check on the actual location of the East property line towards the
back of the property.
