Coppell Road Coppell, TX. 75019 RE: Ma~:molia Fisheries, Lot 1 R, Block A, Replot & Minor Plat Dear Mr. Wingo: This letter is to inform you that the MaQnolia Fisheries, Lot 1 R, Block A, Replat & Minor Plat, to incorporate 0.65 acres of property into the existing tract for a total of 1.424 acres of property allowing the expansion of the existing facility, located at 217 N. Coppell Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, October 16, 2008, subject to the following conditions: 1. Expand the fire lane easement radius to 35 feet at the turnaround and label the shaded area as "fire lane easement to be abandoned by this plat". 2. Revise City Secretary signature block to read "Lot 1 R, Block A Magnolia Fisheries. " 3. Contact Larry Redick at 972-323-8917 to discuss electric service requirements. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24" x 36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, October 29th, 2008. Also, please submit one (1) 8/2" x 11" paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf, or a similar electronic file.
