RE: Vauahan Addition, Lot 1 R, Block 1, Replat
Dear Ms. Vaughan:
This letter is to inform you that the Vauahan Addition, Lot 1 R, Block 1, Replat, being a
replat of Lot 1, Block 1 to allow the incorporation of 4,490 square feet of this property
into Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1 of the Old Coppell Estates Addition, and replat the
remaining 1.154 acres of property, located at 412 Bethel Road, was approved by the
Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, December 9, 2008, subject to the following
condition:
1. The Replat of Lots 3R, 4R, & 5R, Block 1, Old Coppell Estates Addition is
approved.
This Replot must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council, June 9, 2009, or it sholl be deemed null and void and
resubmittal sholl be required. It is recommended that this replot not be prepared for
filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures hove been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the .document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the enclosed for the requirements for filing.
