RE: Vaughan Addition, lot 1 R, Block 1, Replot
Dear Ms. Vaughan:
This letter is to inform you that the Vauahan Addition, lot 1 R. Block 1, Reolat. being 0
replot of Lot 1, Block 1 to allow the incorporation of 4,490 square feet of this property
into Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 1 of the Old Coppell Estates Addition, and replot the
remaining 1.154 acres of property, located at 412 Bethel Rood, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, October
16, 2008, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Replot of Lots 3R, 4R, & 5R, Block 1, Old Coppell Estates Addition is approved.
2. Remove the word "minor" from the plot title and remove from the signature
blocks accordingly.
3. Rearrange signature blocks to include owner's signature and notary under the
dedication language.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November
11, 2008, ot 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which
will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in
the denial of this application. City Council has instructed stoff to include in its agenda
pockets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department
three (3) 24" x 36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on
or before 12 noon, Wednesday, October 29th, 2008. Also, please submit one (1) 81;'2" x 11"
paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf, or 0 similar electronic file.
