1, Our office will need building permits for both of these
projects as they were built without benefit of permit.
2. Cannot give reasonable comments on just a site plan
and no further info.

1. Please add a cover sheet to your plastic folder
explaining an amendment to the Planned Development
zoning is needed to retain a 6 foot concrete block
screening fence (and possibly a latice- work arbor) that
extends into a no build area. In addition, state that you
thought your contractor had received all permits needed
for this construction to occur. In addition I would add a
description that covers the fact that no mature trees were
removed in constructing the wall, that all your neighbors
have rear privacy fences, and drainage has not been
negatively affected.. It would also be wise to indicate that
the wall and backyard impovements have been in
existence in excess of _ years.
2. Add "Planned Development 161 R-SF12" to the cover
sheet of your folder.
3. On Landscape drawing, complete line that delineates
the 20 foot rear yard.
4. Sheet four of folder not needed (Sheet three conveys
that information more clearly).
5. Number each sheet of plastic folder exhibit.

Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the October 2,
2008 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
October 2, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, October 7, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG.
TIF. PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.
