NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing
on Thursday, the 16th day of October, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center
City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-236-SF-12. Bethel Road
Manor. zoning change request from C (Commercial) and SF-12 (Single Family-12) to'
PD-236-SF-12 (Planned Development-236-Single Family-12) to allow the construction
of a single-family home with an eight-foot side yard on property located on the north
side of Bethel Road, known as 234 W. Bethel Road, at the request of Philip Berkebile,
Jr. being represented by Robert Richardson, Doug Connally & Assoc, Inc. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to
attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or
other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Cappel!, TX 75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 11th
day of November, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of
the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-236-
SF-12, Bethel Road Manor. zoning change request from C (Commercial) and SF-12
(Single Family-12) to PD-236-SF-12 (Planned Development-236-Single Family-12) to
allow the construction of a single-family home with an eight-foot side yard on
property located on the north side of Bethel Road, known as 234 W. Bethel Road, at
the request of Philip Berkebile, Jr. being represented by Robert Richardson, Doug
Connally & Assoc, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with
