Comments
1. Remove long finger of buildable area designated to
extend east at front of property

elevation.
2. A flood study will be required to remove any portions
of the property from the flood plain.
3. No construction shall be permitted in the flood plain.
4. There will be impact fees assessed and will have to be
paid prior to releasing a replat for filing with the county.
The address for this property needs to be 146 E. Bethel,
not 200.

Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the November 6,
2008 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
November 6, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, November 11, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG.
