NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of November, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1249-C. Sprouts, zoning change request from C
(Commercial) to S-1249-C (Special Use Permit-1249-Commercial), to allow a 28,887-square-foot
grocery store to occupy a portion of an existing building, to modify the front elevations and
add two cart storage structures to the front of the building, located at 110 W. Sandy Lake Road,
Suite 180, at the request of ABSTX Investor LP., being represented by Kathi M. Walp, Jacobs. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this
public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of
Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

December, 2008, at 7:00 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning
and Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. S-1249-C. Sprouts. zoning
change request from C (Commercial) to S-1249-C (Special Use Permit-1249-Commercial), to
allow a 28,887-square-foot grocery store to occupy a portion of an existing building, to modify
the front elevations and add two cart storage structures to the front of the building, located at
110 W. Sandy Lake Road, Suite 180, at the request of ABSTX Investor LP., being represented by
Kathi M. Walp, Jacobs. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest
