NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public 'hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of January, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppel! Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-238-HC. COD Dell Office Vlllaae. zoning change
request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-238-HC (Planned Development-238-Highway
Commercial) to attach a detail site plan to allow a one-story, 23,200-square-foot office building
on 2.02 acres of property located along the south side of S.H. 121, approximately 400 feet east of
Denton Tap Road, at the request of Terry Holmes, Holmes Commercial. All interested citizens of
the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party'of interest may also express his or
her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppel!, TX 75019.
