NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 15th day of January, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-228R2-HC. Vista Rldae Retail (Taste of Market streett zoning change
request from PD-228R-HC (Planned Development-228 Revision-Highway Commercial) to PD-228R2-
HC (Planned Development-228 Revision 2-Highway Commercial) to allow an internally lit LED digital
gas price monument sign for the convenience store with fuel sales and drive-through on
approximately 1.19 acres of property, approximately 200 feet north of the northeast corner of S.H.
121 and Denton Tap Road, at the request of Market Street - A Taste of Market Street; represented
by Warren Creason. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public 'hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to
the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

February, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and
Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No PD-228R2-HC. Vista Rldae Retail (Taste
of Market Streetl. zoning change request from PD-228R-HC (Planned Development-228 Revision-
Highway Commercial) to PD-228R2-HC (Planned Development-228 Revision 2-Highway
Commercial) to allow an internally lit LED digital gas price monument sign for the convenience
store with fuel sales and drive-through on approximately 1 .19 acres of property, approximately 200
