RE: CASE NO.: PD-108R11-SF-9, The Chateaus of Coppell

This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-108R11-SF-9, The Chateaus of Coppell, a
zoning change request from PD-108R9-SF-9 (Planned Development-108 Revision 9-
Single Family-9) to PD-108R11-SF-9 (Planned Development-108 Revision 11-Single Family-
9), to revise the PD conditions was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
April 14, 2009, by a vote of (6-1), over-ruling the recommendation of the Planning
Commission. Conditions of approval include:
1. Ten (10) of the 56 single-family lot homes can be built with true stucco exteriors.
2. Stucco-free lots as disp~ayed in the request exhibit will be retained.
3. There shall be at least three (3) lots separating each stucco residence.
4. Stucco units shall be limited to earth-tone colors.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation.
When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will .
be sent to you.
As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department
for your deposit reimbursement of $150.
