RE: CASE NO.: PD-108R11-SF-9, The Chateaus of Coppell Dear ~ This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-108R11-SF-9, The Chateaus of Coapell, a zoning change request from PD-108R9-SF-9 (Planned Development-108 Revision 9- Single Family-9) to PD-108R 1 1-SF-9 (Planned Development-108 Revision 1 1-Single Family- 9), to revise the PD conditions to allow up to 12 of the 56 single-family homes to have stucco exteriors, where no two stucco homes shall be spaced any closer than every second lot, on 20 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads, was recommended for denial by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (5-2) on Thursday, February 19, 2009. As specified in Section 12-44-6.2 of the Zoning Ordinance, if you wish to appeai the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission to City Council, a written request must be submitted to the Planning Department within 15 days of the Commission denial action by 12 noon, on March 6, 2009. However, to be able to be included in the councii packet for March 10, 2009, please submit your appeal letter by Friday, February 27, 2009. Please be advised that given the Commission's recommendation for denial, a 3/4 vote of Council (6 out of 7J is required to approve your request.
