A representative of the project is required to attend this meeting. C. The applicant will have until noon, March 10, 2009 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG. TIF. PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit. Only two sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required. Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans. Show existing landscaping to remain on the site plan - as noted in the Plan Key Notes 5. Revise Plan Key Notes to Site Plan notes only. 6. Relocate ceiling plan (i.e. locations of fans, beams, etc.) to Sheet 2, Elevations. Sheet 2- Title as "Elevations" 1. Add ceiling plan and applicable Plan Key Notes. 2. Add that the brick clad columns will match the brick of the existing building. 3. Show elevation of existing fencing to remain. 4. Consideration should be given to alternative "roof material - such as sunbrella to match existing green awnings. 5. Provide color rendering/picture of how this patio cover will be architecturally compatible with the main structure on this lot.
