PH Notice T H E • C 1 T Y • O F COPPELL ~ ~ o F x A S , a q NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19~h day of March, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1241 R-C. Fat Daddv's Burger House, zoning change request from S-1241-C (Special Use Permit-1241-Commercial) to S-1241R-~ (Special Use Permit-1241 Revised-Commercial), to allow a 560-square-foot cover over the existing outdoor patio area serving the existing 3,580-square-foot restaurant located at 215 S. Denton Tap Road, Suite 100, at the request of Wyatt Hurt, being represented by Robert Cooper. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
