Dear Mr. Shafer:
This letter is to inform you that the GTE Shared Services Center Addition, Lots 1 R1 & 1 R2,
Block 1, Replat, being a replat of the GTE Shared Services Center Addition, Lot 1, Block
1 to allow for separate ownership of each lot, requiring abandonment of existing fire
lane and revisions to various utility easements on 23.4 acres of property located at the
north east corner of S.H. 121 and Canyon Drive, was approved by the Coppell City
Council (6-0) on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, subject to the following condition:
1. Provide the City a copy of the sanitary sewer and m~tual access agreements.
This replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council, September 10, 2009, or it shall be deemed null and void
and resubmittal shall be required. Please submit for City signatures after the utility
company signatures have been obtained. After City signatures have been procured, it is
the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the enclosed checkiist for the requirements for filing.
