S00 Frisco, TX 75034 RE: GTE Shared Services Center Addi#ion, Lots 1 R1 & 1 R2, Block 1, Replat Dear Mr. Shafer: This letter is to inform you that the GTE Shared Services Center Addition, Lots 1 R1 8 1 R2, Block 1, Replat, being a replat of the GTE Shared Services Center Addition, Lot l, Block 1 to allow for separate ownership of each lot, requiring abandonment of existing fire lane and revisions to various utility easements on 23.4 acres of property located at the north east corner of S.H. 121 and Canyon Drive, was recommended for approvai by the Coppeil Planning and Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, February 19, 2009, subject to the following conditions: 1. Revise title of subdivision within the City Secretary Signature Block to read "Lot 1 R 1 & 1 R2, Block 1" in piace of "Lot 1, Block 1". 2. Provide the City a copy of the sanitary sewer and mutual access agreements. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please 5ubmit to the Planning Department three (3) 24" x 36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Also, please submit one (1) 8Y2" x 1 1" paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf, or a similar electronic file.
