Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the February 5,
2009 Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
February 5, 2009 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, February 10, 2009 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG,
TIF PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.

an owner's agreement.
Fire Administration Tim Oates 1/30/2009 1. Increase the width of the fire lane easement at the drive
openings off Canyon and Coppeil Roads to inciude the
entire width of the drive openings.
Parks and Recreation John Elias 1/26/2009 No comment.
Planning Department Matt Steer 1/28/2009 1. Include hatching within easement to be abandoned in
Lot 1 R1 as was shown in Lot 1 R2.
2. Revise abandonment notes -"Lot 1A" to "Lot 1R1".
