Matt,
To follow up on our phone conversation this morning I am sending you a PDF of what the Signature Block for the
owner should look like for this plat.
You'll see on the plat we submitted yesterday that this matches what was signed by the owner. However there is
an additional line on the plat with the text "SP4 750 Canyon, L.P." which is above the two signatures. This text
was inadvertently placed.
Per our conversation, once you have obtained the City signatures on the plat and call me to let me know the plat
is ready to pick up, I will come down and CROSS OUT ("X" through) that inadvertent signature line, before taking
the plat to the courthouse for recording.
