Bethel School Road Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Northlake Woodlands Center Addition, Lot 4R Block A Replat & Minor Plat Dear Mr. Kao: This letter is to inform you that the Northlake Woodlands Center Addition. lot 4R Block A, Replat & Minor Plat, being a replat of the North~ake Woodlands Center Addition, Lot 4, Block A, to incorporate 0.35 acres of unplatted property to allow the expansion of the pet care outdoor play area, on 1.01 acres of property located at 120 E. Bethel School Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, subject to recording the perpetual maintenance agreement prior to or at the time of plat recordation. This replat/minor plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council, September 10, 2009, or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this replat/minor plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
