Dear Mr. Kao:
This letter is to inform you that the Northlake Woodlands Center Addition, Lot 4R, Block
A, Replat 8 Minor Plat, being a replat of the Northlake Woodlands Center Addition, Lot
4, Block A, to incorporate 0.35 acres of unplatted property to allow the expansion of
the pet care outdoor play area, on 1.01 acres of property located at 120 E. Bethel
School Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission (7-0) on Thursday, February 19, 2009, subject to recording the perpetual
maintenance agreement prior to or at the time of plat recordation.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 10,
2009, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will
be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application.
