With respect to the above-referenced site, we understand that the City of Coppel! is requesting
acknowledgement from Jack in the Box Eastern Division L.P. ("Jack East") for the following
proposed work (the "Work') to be performed by Holmes Commercial and/or its assigns ("Holmes
Commercial") :
· Holmes Commercial attachment to and extension of two 8-inch fire protection water lines
which are stubbed across the east property line of Jack East property
No entry upon Jack East property is required or contemplated at this time. This
acknowledgement is in no way to be deemed to grant permission for any work to be performed on
jack East property and in no way binds Jack East to any liability concerning the Work.
Jack East hereby acknowledges the Work.

Re: Coppell Office Village, Lot 1, Block A, Replat, State Highway 121, Coppell, Texas
Attached are three full size copies and one reduced (8W'xll") copy of the Replat and
three full size copies of the Preliminary Utility and Drainage Plan. I have emailed a PDF
copy of the Replat.
Regarding the comments, I offer the following:
I. The Replat was re-plotted at a correct scale.
2. The Site Plan (prepared by others) is being revised to be in agreement with the
Replat and Preliminary Utility and Drainage Plan.
3. There was a previous letter from Jack In The Box to V-Haul that allowed for the
sharing of the water. The developer, Terry Holmes, has contacted Jack In The Box
to get the letter reissued to him. A copy will be provided as soon as it is received.
4. The exact placement of ON COR facilities has nit been determined yet. The final
location of easements needed b y them will be reflected on the Replat before it is
submitted with signatures.
