RE: Duke Leslev Addition Lot 3R Block C, Replat 8 Minor Plat
Dear Mr. Klatt:
This letter is to inform you that the Duke Leslev Addition lot 3R, Block C, Replat & Minor
Plat, being a replat of the Duke Lesley Addition, Lot 3, Block C to incorporate 3.4 acres
of unplatted property, revising drainage and access easements to allow additional
parking on 15.296 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Dividend Drive
and S. Belt Line Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, February 19, 2009, subject to the foliowing
condition:
1. Under "Notes" please indicate that the replat area is 3.4 acres in size.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 10,
2009, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will
be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda
packets only those items that acc~rately refiect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department
three (3) 24" x 36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated condition on or
before 12 noon, Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Also, please submit one (1) 8'/2" x 1 1"
paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf, or a similar electronic file.
