RE: Westfork Addition, lots 1 R 8~ 2R, Block A, Replat
Dear Mr. ~~der:
This letter is to inform you that the Westfork Addition, Lots 1 R& 2R, Block A, Replat, being
a replat of the Westfork Addition, Lots 1 through 5, including the abandoned right-of-
way, containing 2.172 acres of land, to create two singie-family lots each containing
approximately 1.1 acres of property located on the south side of Bethel School Road
across from Giencrest Circle, was approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on
Tuesday, April 14, 2009, subject to the following condition:
1. A tree removal permit will be required prior to the removal of any trees.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council (October 15, 2009), or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this Replat not be prepared for
filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civii plans. After City signatures have been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the enclosed checklist for the requirements for filing.
