Dear Mr.'~I~xander:
This letter is to inform you that the Westfork Addition, Lots 1 R 8 2R, Block A,
Replat, being a repiat of the Westfork Addition, Lots 1 through 5, including
the abandoned right-of-way, containing 2.172 acres of land, to create
two singie-family lots each containing approximately 1.1 acres of property
located on the south side of Bethel School Road across from Glencrest
Circle, was recommended for approvai by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, March 19, 2009, subject to the
following conditions:
1. A tree removal permit will be required prior to the removal of any
trees.
2. Council approval of the Abandonment Ordinance for poggett
Cove.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppeli City Council is
Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be
present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall.
Failure to represent this item may result in the deniai of this application.
