This letter is to inform you that the Red Hawk, Preliminarv Plat, a
request for approval of a preliminary plat for 54 single-family lots, a
cemetery parcel and two commercial lots on 16.42 acres of property,
located along the west side of S. Denton Tap Road, north of Bethel
School Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-1) on
Tuesday, June 16, 2009, subject to the condition that a drainage study
will be required to be submitted to the Engineering department. For your
information, Preliminary Plats are valid for nine months.
