lots, a cemetery parcel and two commercial lots on 16.42 acres of property, located along the west side of S. Denton
Tap Road, north of Bethel School Road.

The following P&Z conditions remain outstanding:
1. A drainage study acceptable to Engineering will be required.
2. Properly dimension width of Lots b-12, Block A, Wynnpage Addition.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: ACTION TAKEN BY COUNCIL:
On April 16, 2009, the Planning Commission unanimously
recommended approval of this preliminary plat (7-O), subject to the
above-stated conditions. Commissioners Jett, Shute, Frnka, Haas, Motion to Deny
Sangerhausen, Kittrell and Shipley voted in favor, none opposed. M- Tunnell
Staff recommends APPROVAL. S- Faught
Vote - 6-1
