RE: Red Hawk, Preliminary Plat
Dear eck:
This letter is to inform you that the Red Hawk, Preliminary Plat, a request for
approval of a preliminary plat for 54 single-family lots, and two
commercial lots located along the west side of S. Denton Tap Road, north
of Bethel Schooi Road was tabled by the Coppell Pianning and Zoning
Commission (6-0) on Thursday, March 19, 2009, was continued to the April
16, 2009 meeting.
Please revise the preliminary plat to reflect all applicable revisions to the
site plan. In addition, specify access to the cemetery, dimensions of the
entry landscape area, provision of proposed street names, inclusion of no
parking zones in street right-of-way, etc.
In order to be included in the April 16, 2009 Pianning and Zoning
Commission packet, the revised preliminary plat is required to be
submitted to the Planning Department by 12 noon, Tuesday, April 7th,
2009. Please submit twelve (12) 24"x36" prints, three (3) 8Y2"xl 1" copies
and a jpg, tiff, pdf, or similar electronic file, refiecting the above-stated
conditions.
